Bought 2 swimming costumes for my son and immediately the bottoms were faulty as they became bobbly after wearing them on 2 occasions. This company failed to investigate it by looking at and instead accused my son of sitting on his bottom in a swimming pool and ruining it himself! He has only been to a swimming lesson in it where the pool is pretty deep and has no shallow end i.e for lessons!! This company failed to understand and didn't offer to reimburse me or send out a replacement to see if it would help. Really disappointed n saddened as I bought 2 from them. Will be shopping elsewhere. Don't bother shopping with them because if something goes wrong they won't even bother to help you which is just wrong! Especially given the financial crisis. Can I also add these were Christmas presents and I logged the complaint a few weeks later so not as if I had been anywhere where he could have ruin the bottoms.

Item was mislabelled wrong size. After charging $6.99 for shipping the company insists on charging us to return the item as well. Take your business elsewhere!

I initially emailed them asking if they were getting any more stock of an item. They responded really quickly saying they weren't unfortunately. I ordered something else instead, and within a couple of hours I received a notification that the item had shipped and it was delivered less than 48hrs later. Excellent product, great delivery time and really helpful customer services. Absolutely can't fault them!

The item received was as described / looked like on website. Fantastic quality and my daughter loves it. Only issue was that I did not receive the correct link for tracking, but upon contacting Vanilla Underground I immediately received a response with the correct link.
